Party Booking Terms & Conditions


1. Deposits & Booking Confirmation

  • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
  • All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
  • We strongly advise parents/guardians to carefully check dates, times, and details prior to confirming the booking.

2. Amendments

  • Minor amendments may be made closer to the party date, subject to availability.
  • This includes reasonable changes to:
    • The number of children attending
    • The chosen party activity
  • Any amendments must be communicated to our team as soon as possible.

3. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

  • It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian booking the party to inform our team of any allergies or specific dietary requirements in advance of the party date.
  • While every effort will be made to accommodate such requirements, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

4. Payments

  • The remaining balance of the party must be paid on the day of the party, upon arrival.
